FCMM Account Access

Thank you for connecting to your member account by way of the “Account Access” link on the FCMM website. If you do not need the following information, click here to proceed directly to your login.

Access to your account information is handled through our vendor, Alerus Retirement and Benefits. To "Create Account", you will need to select one of two verification methods from the Alerus Account Verification drop down menu during the “Create Account” process.  Select Alerus Retirement and Benefits Hire Date OR Alerus Retirement Plan Number from the drop down menu. If you have problems logging in, please contact Alerus at the phone number listed on the login page, (833) 325-3787.

NOTES:

  • Your "Hire Date" is the date of your enrollment in the FCMM Retirement Plan. (If you have contributed to the Plan through multiple employers, this is the date you were enrolled through your first FCMM-participating employer.) Please contact FCMM at (800) 995-5357 if you need to confirm the date. For your security, we are unable to provide this information through email inquiry.
  • "Retirement Plan Number" is listed on your quarterly FCMM Statement of Benefits. Please review your statement and enter a Plan Number. (If you are invested in more than one FCMM investment option, any of the Plan Numbers will work.) Please contact FCMM by phone if you need assistance with your Plan Number. For your security, we are unable to provide this information through email inquiry.
