Retirement Plan members who took distribution(s) of any type (i.e. payment, withdrawal, required minimum distribution, rollover, conversion, monthly income benefit) from their FCMM Retirement Plan account in 2024 will receive a Form 1099R by mail by February 2024. This form will be needed for filing annual tax returns.
During the year, please remember to notify FCMM during of any address change so the 1099R will be mailed to the correct address.
The form may also be downloaded as a PDF document via your online account access. To do so, follow the same procedure as accessing your quarterly statement but select "Form 1099R" as the document type. If needed, view Steps to Access Statements for detailed steps.
